James Kim

James is a Financial Advisor with The Pinnacle Planning Group, LLC. Previously, he was with Strategic Financial Group and was a founding member of the Penn Mutual Chicago Office in 2008.  He began his career at JPMorgan Chase in March 2000. Among numerous positions held over 6 years, he ultimately worked under the JPMorgan Private Client division until 2006.

James focuses on investments and risk management solutions. He is a financial advisor that provides guidance in areas of retirement savings, education savings, and wealth management. He believes in delivering personal attention, trusted guidance, and investment services to all clients.

James resides in Glenview, IL. He is a fan of the White Sox, Bears and Bulls. When he is not too busy, he is expanding and listening to his vinyl collection, listening to podcasts, or spending time with friends and family.
